I ordered nike shoes from flipkart of RS2459, I got my order on time but when i opened it it was different shoes of unbrand company,then i requested about return they accepted my retun request after that ekart executive came to take pickup but he declined my pickup saying product is not ok and rejected but i got that product from flipkart.
then i complaint about this on customer casre of flipkart and they gave me complaint number IN1711231226401399445 and says i will get a call from team and received a message too.
But i did not got any call and after a day i got a mail that saying your complaint is rejected and they blocked my account too.
When i call to customer care they says seller verified my claim and they had sended you original product and told me because of high return request my account blocked but i want to know where flipkart have mention about number of return request for single account.
Directly seller how can verify i got a different product what about me. please help me to get out of this
