Grievances against the service of One

I had taken an mobile insurance with One Assist consumer Solutions, On 32st December 2015, I accidentally broke my phone and raised a claim, post which it took them 2.5 months to repair the phone and I finally got my phone back on 16th March 2016, but only to find that my phone wasn’t repaired and it was not functioning. I raised a request of re-pickup of my phone and repair it properly, which also took a long time and finally on 7th May an executive (acknowledgement attached) came and took away my phone for repair.

However, to my surprise it has been three months hence, and every time I call them, all they say is that they haven’t picked up the phone, and they can’t trace the phone on their system. It has been 8 months that a simple claim has not been resolved by this company which is backed by National Insurance company. My phone is still nowhere to be found and they have not satisfactorily replied to my complaints or my e-mails.

I am left no option but to escalate the matter to this honorable forum. I hope my matter will be resolved!
