We had Purchased an Ac from Haier India 2 yrs Back. Fromt he date of Purchase, It is not Working Properly. We had Registered Severla COmplaints from past 2 yrs , But evenry time we register a complaint, Haier india send us a message after 3-4 days that your problem ahs been resolved without even visiting us.

When we contacted Its Customer Representative, They always said that you need to register a new complaint for the same problem ( this happens 4-5 Times with ME ).

When we tried contcting their service centre incharge Mr. Kxxxxn and Area Manager Mr. Sxxxxxt, They Misbehave with Me.

When i said that i will register a consumer complaint against you people htey said, Madam APKO JAHAN COMPLAINT KRNI HAI KRDO, HUME HAIER INDIA KCH NI BOL SKTA, AAP NYA AC KHARED LO.

Firstly, They Gave us the Faulty Pruduct and when we had asked them for repair ( We had also paid service charge to the engineer every time he visits us after the warranty period), They are not listing our complaint and Behavinng very rudely.
