I bought a hammock stainless steel swing from amazon website. they delivered on 9th march. I used it for my 11 year old special child. but suddenly at the evening of 18 th march its broke down and my son is fall down. I mailed custemor care on 19 th march. they called me on 19 th march and told me that they pick – up swing and refund my money. but after 10 days when they not contacted me I contacted again they called me then they told me you courired swing ursellf then we refund ur money. I told him it is not possible for me you pick – up and refund my money. then the told me you hold line I talked to my senior officers and then they direct me to go to the website and cancel the return request and again go to the page and request the return again. and when I tried to return reqest the page so me sorry not possible. and then the caller told me – ( ab kuchh bhi nhi ho skta refund bhi nhi. I told hi I will going to complain consumer forum he told aap jo krna ho kr lo.)
