I am being harassed by a tele caller calling herself Disha and speaking allegedly on behalf of ICICI Bank (mobile number 7840020359). She kept calling me every 5 minutes on my personal mobile phone asking me for my wife’s contact details. She claims she is from the bank and wants to speak to my wife for a loan default case.

When I refused to give the contact details without any authentication (through an email from the bank’s official email id), she started shouting at me and abusing me, telling me how I have swindled the bank along with my wife.

When I blocked her number on my personal phone, she started calling me on my office number. Even after repeatedly telling her to not call me on the office number, she continues to make abusive calls on the official number even now.

If this is how ICICI Bank is going to treat its customers (I have a 13 year old high value salary account relationship with the bank), I am not going to tolerate it. If this harassment does not stop this instant, I am going to take it up very strongly with the banking ombudsman and the consumer court.
