I am being harassed by ICICI recovery agents by phone calls, threatening of dire consequence . On 18th March, 2016 a recovery agent was sent to my home when i had gone to office. On receiving my fathers call i had to rush to home to confront their agent. On investigation it was found out that my name and adress is correct, but the said credit card which as due belongs to some one else. My whole family underwent stress, fear and harassment due to their action. I wish to file complaint and seek compensation of not less than 10,00,000/- along with arrest of their agent who abused my whole family with bad words and threatened to harm me if their asked amount was not paid. Kindly advice how i can sue them.

  2. You can raise a written complaint via email to banking ombudsman in case if you have still not received a revert from ICICI bank
