Harassment by Vodafone in activating SIM

Last week my vodafone sim card stopped working(number:8xxxxxxxxx8). I went to the vodafone gallery and there they asked me to get documents and that they’ll reissue me a sim card then. I did the same and i was reissued a sim with assurance taht it would be activated withiin 48 hours. After 72 hours I get a call that I have to visit the store then only number would be activated. so i went and now i was assured that today (26/5/15) at 12 pm my number would be active.The request ID assigned to me was:SR-1230819305. Till now its not active. I have spoken to customer care executives multiple times who just keep transferring calls to their postpaid department that never attends my call. I also bought a new vodafone sim(prepaid number:7045818903) on 25/5/15 as an alternative sim and i was promised it would be activated the same day within 4 hours. And now..Its more than 24 hours,it hasnt been activated till now. So with the dual sim phone i have 2 vodafone sims which are of no use to me. Please address my problem asap.
