Harassment regarding SBI credit card settlement

State bank of india issue credit card, cr card  no. 4xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx5 to me before 2 year back and I was using it for all my financial requirement purposes. Due to some financial crisis my outstanding crossed the limit but I was not intended to default with them so I was paying minimum amt of due.

But since I was not the position to pay whole amt. bank suggested to go for settlement by paying Rs.45600 into 8 instalment and issued a settlement letter. So I agreed for the same and I paid cash rs.7800 and I was paying instalment due before due date in spite of that I used to get collection call from no.1247114970 more them 15 times a day since morning 8.30 am and collection executive visit. I have also marked the mail to stop such practice. But SBI has not taken care off. In the September month due to death of grandmother I missed only one due instalment and again in October month I paid amt before due date.

In the October month one of the collection executive came to my house and he confirmed me that I have to pay late payment charges since the payment of September was credited late in their account so I paid RS. 300 and he called to his boss Mr. Sxxxxr Sxxxxxxe and Mr.Sxxxxe confirmed me that henceforth my account is nil and I do not have to pay further.

After above incident I have not received any signal call for payment collection till December month but suddenly in the month of January Mr.Shetty called me stating that your settlement is cancelled and you have to pay all the rs.45600 again. He also confirmed me that pay rs. 3000 and he will process the request f or reversal so I have pay minimum amt. upto Rs.8000 and matter will closed permanently so I paid Rs.5800 my due instalment but nobody turned up. I have also marked the mail to SBI card so Mrs Tanuja Kapoor told me that I am not paying due since june 2014 and but when I told her I have proof so he denied to give in writing.

Same promised I got from Axxxxa from Vaishavi agencies and she taken rs.3100 and I am not interested to make default with them and lose the matter I have paid it but when I call their no. so she attended my call and pretending that she is not speaking. But I identify herby voice. And she said that contact on customer care to take reversal.

I assume this is the way to take money from customer and not interested to settle the case and sending collection to my house though I ready to interest of due instalment also I am doing the same. My mother and me in the real mental trauma due collection executive visit please help me to resolve the issue permanently.
