Hathway Broadband not taking back their Device

Requested disconnection of network on September 28,2017 and they sent an email that they will connect device (Modem) back with their team. I wrote a mail again October 10 asking for them to collect device for which they did not respond. Today I got an email saying they wanted me to return device in their office and when asked why they were threatening me about going to CIBIl. Request you to act accordingly. Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
