Hathway broadband speed complaint

I took Hathway broadband connection on 17th Apr,2017 and made a payment of rs 749/-(screenshot of payment is attached) . I was told to be given 500gb data with 50 mbps. But not even 1 Mbps speed was given to me. After 2 days,my service was barred. When I called customer care , I got to know that my payment was not updated and I was given a trial pack for 2 days which got over. They said they will resolve the issue but they did not. The whole day got wasted in talking to customer care. At the end they said they resolved it. Again after 2 days same thing happened and again only trial pack was there. So, I asked to disconnect the service and refund my money. The reply from Hathway was that there is no refund policy. So that means I have to pay them for not providing me any servuce. After writing to their nodal officer, they updated my plan in their system and said now the issue is resolved . You won’t face it again. Speed will be 50 Mbps. I got a written mail from nodal officer. But not to my surprise , same thing is happening with me.There is not even 1 Mbps speed. I am not able to open any website. This is heights of unprofessionalism from Hathway. I think they should be barred from providing any service anywhere. Such cheaters and fraud should not be allowed to befool more people.
