I am a subscriber of Hathway Digital Cable TV in Bangalore. Since the last 10 days I have no cable connection and have made several complaints regarding the same to my cable tv operator, the hathway office and the nodal officers in charge. they have given me a complaint number 24052017w226843 but still no action has been taken. I have a family at home and kids who are on school holidays and television is their only entertainment. They have taken payment for my HD channels for 1 year and every month this service gets cut and I have to call for it to be restored.
