Been a customer for more than a year, I have faced much hassle from these guys, from sluggish speeds, non responsive customer care executives and no request resolution to unethical behaviour, ignoring calls, emails etc I have been through it all. I recently relocated from my old place and they are refusing to shift my connection. Hathway a/c number is 1099571897. They have no clear relocation policy and are perhaps the most poorly managed ISP in the country.
