I gave Hathway a cheque for Rs. 539 in February 2015 for the activation of Star Sports 4. My cheque was encashed on 3rd March 2015. Today, 7 months have passed, more than half the duration I have paid up for, and the channel has still not been activated. I have called atleast 3 times per week. Their staff claim to have registered each of my complaints on an “urgent” basis. Yet nothing has been done. They refuse to escalate my call to a Floor Manager. I am left no option but to register my complaint on ICF. I have two TV connections, and two Broadband connections with Hathway. If this issue is not resolved by 12th October, 2015, I will be initiating legal action against Hathway, and needless to say, taking my business elsewhere.
