I started using Hathway Broadband Internet Services from 1st August. I paid them for 3 months(August, September, October) amount of 4790 Rs.My customer id is 1388280.
The internet service was pathetic. Every alternate day the service went down. I tried calling their customer care again & again but they always provide the short resolution of the problem.Every alternate day the internet services went down and i was unable to access the internet at all. I closed the connection after a month on 31st of August. I gave all their installation equipments back and i asked for the refund of 2 months for which i didn’t took the service from then.
Now emailed them number of time stating that please refund my money back but they didn’t responded.
Now i had a word with the customer care person named ‘Sxxxxd Mxxxxxxr’ & he said “we can’t give your money back as you closed the connection but we were willing to give”. They have to give me 3193 Rs back.
What Hathway did is they promised us to provide good internet services but after the payment the service they provided me was pathetic and now they are not giving my money back.
I demand a strong action to be taken against this kind of behaviour and bullying the customers into paying for service they weren’t provided.
I would like them to refund my 2 months advance amount back that i have paid as they did nothing but created trouble in my professional life as well as internet is the basic need of my career.
Please help me. I am attaching my bill snapshot.
