My name is Radhika Bansal. I purchased an induction cookware of Havells, in Aug’13, with the warranty of 2 years. It is not working fine now. I have complained about it, to the respective team in Havells, about a week back. I am continously doing follow-ups since then, and there is absolutely no one to take this complaint seriously. EB270484 is my complaint no. A technician named ‘Txxxn’ was allotted this ticket, who is actually on vacation. I relied heavily on Havells for this product, but unfortunately this has turned out be an worst decision of my life. I will never recommend Havells to anyone. Their services are really disappointing.
