On 5th April I tried to make a NEFT to a vendor. Inspite of repeated attempts this was not possible. It said service unavailable. Calling the bank did not help. They said server was down. Again next day same problem. I tweeted to the customer support,They said they will look into it. 24 hours later, there is still no explanation. I fear this is a selective blocking of services which is profitting HDFC.
