I am a HDFC Credit Card holder and I had done a recharge of Rs 500 through HDFC Payzapp mobile app using my Credit Card for Tata Sky account on 29-Oct-2016. The Tata Sky account was not credited with the amount of Rs. 500 till date (22-11-2016). I first contacted Tata Sky and was told that the transaction was pending on HDFC’s side. I first contacted HDFC phone banking on 7-Nov-2016 and was asked to fill and post a dispute form which I emailed with all details on the same day. The reference no of the dispute being 16312287174. After several follow up emails, HDFC once again asked for the dispute form on 17-Nov-2016 to be submitted and I again emailed on 17-Nov-2016. I received no communication on the dispute till date and the amount in question is still not credited. The amount of Rs.500 is already billed in my HDFC CC Nov-2016 account statement. I see a severe lapse in handling the customer complaint from HDFC. Please look into and help so that I get the amount of Rs.500 credited as soon as possible.
