I had purchased a Mi redmi note 4 from Flipkart on 30th June 2017, which delivered on 4th July, after using the device I am facing mobile heating and Hanging problem. So I need to replace the same device. So I have requested to replace or return the mobile, Which Return I’d is 10109602945572930, I am contacted to Flipkart care, they’re told to wait 72hrs the requested pickup will done but till now no solution has been given to me, now they told me that they’re helpless, So I need full support from consumer helpline, they have to replace the mobile or refund the money, Please help me.

  1. Placed order from flipkart redmi note 4 and delivered on July 13,2017 complained for USB cable missing on same day.. Every time they are telling to wait for 24 hours for update… No help till now.. Worst service of flipkart
