Helmet not delivered with two wheeler

On date of 18th November 2018 i taken delivery of my Hero spelnder plus From Umiya automobiles<kadi,Dist_ Mahesana.

As per Government rules Helmet is mandatory with the every two wheeler buying.
But when i asked for helmet to Dealer they miss behaved and Not given helmet.

He asked ” they are not giving helmet with any vehicle and there is not any Gov. rules for same”.

Kindly please cleared my complaint as soon as possible because i’m troubling from last 3 months.

Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
