I am palash mondal some house hold item shifting vasai east maharashtra to bolpur westbengal, contact in phone information rs 15 per kgs + rs 200 + GST charges, then we reach vasai east office reach and weight goods is 75 kgs, then they charges on157 kgs amount rs 5205, asked him why charges extra , no proper explain , i have no choice because my tatkal ticket 24th oct so payment rs 5205. sir i want to punicement and return my extra mony with fine.
