HIke balance withdrawal complaint

Please help me. I have transferred money to my bank account. But not transfer , money is added to my wallet I had trying many time to withdrawal many time but this feature is not available , please try again later hike account number is 9xxxxxxxx61. My current balance is 14977.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797.
