Hitachi delays replacement of damaged refrigerator

I had placed an order for a HITACHI FOUR DOOR REFRIGERATOR from RA SALES (VADODARA) WORTH RS. 94500 on the 30th march 2015, but recieved it after 23 days on 22nd April 2015, and when opened in front of the Hitachi executive for demo, the fridge had a very BIG DENT near the compressor, when i complained RA SALES, they dumped the responsibility on HITACHI.

I had asked for replacement with HITACHI CUSTOMER CARE, i got the SERVICE REQUEST : 15042704777 on the 27th april 2015 for the replacement of the damaged product, till date they have not replaced the fridge. I am at loss of time and money, if i had kept rs. 94500 in the bank, i would have recieved a good amount of interest.
