Homeshop18 delivers wrong product

I have ordered organized packing cover with order no 1018617481 for pink color. They have delivered 2 COAT COVER that is a local market product and different from TV advt. 2 zip was damaged for 2 small pouches. Very unfair company as they send wrong and cheap product to costumers.
