I ordered a product of Zoha dress material from home shop 18 & order no is 965007529. When I received the product, I found the product quality was extremely poor. Some dresses were torn. So I called up homeshop18 & filled a complaint on 1st Mar 15 complaint no is 2089628.

I called & Email to homeshop18 but didn’t received response.
I received a call back after 3-4 days & they asked me to send the product back. So I gave it to a local courier company on 7th Mar 15. They first sent it to ganganagar which is 70km away from my town. Then they booked it from Ganganagar to faridabad on 13th mar 15 on first flight. Courier # R991B0357574.

Product received to homeshop18 on 16th mar 15. Homeshop18 refused to receive the product from courier company. When I called homeshop18 they didn’t respond in a good manner & everytime they didn’t provide any solution.
