Request your support on this issue. For your needful I’m giving your brief description what problem I’m facing.
I have ordered an order in HomeShop18 with order no. 977030397 for Rs1068 (including HS18 shipping charge Rs69). Expect delivery of Pack of Eight Formalwear Collection For Men’s – Mafatlal in 8 working days. On 15-Sep-15.
I have received the consignment on 25-Sep-15. After seeing my consignment I felt that there is very low quality material have been dispatched to me. Even the clothes patterns were change. And all material quality e.g. Perfume, Belt, sunglasses is very bad. Even the packaging of the product was very bad. All perfume have leaked from the bottle.
After seeing all this I have complain against the same order number in Home Shop 18 on same day. After there confirmation that they will refund the money including courier charges. I have couriered the consignment on 26-sep-15 by Maruti Air courier. ( address was provided by them was mentioned below for your reference)
After couriered I have shared the AWB details to them by WhatsApp. In there WhatsApp number which is 09599785293..
After that issue was started as per courier company concerned they have delivered the consignment on 29-sep-15. Also they have obtained there receiving seal on the courier receipt. But team home shop 18 says they have not received the consignment yet. I have tried to call them many time but they haven’t responded me well also they have said new new things to do. For money refund process.
