I had a major breakdown on 15May2015 while travelling with my family on Pune Bangalore Highway. All of us luckily survived. Honda Car India response was very bad, even Customer service did not help me at all. My family is not daring to step into the car now. Till today, I do not know the exact root cause of the problem. No Honda Car India executive contacted me & understood my problem. Instead, they are forwarding my complaint to dealers, who are not in position to solve my queries.

This kind of response was not expected from such a reputed brand like Honda.
