Honda dealer sends me wrong registration umber

We recently purchased a new car Honda amaze car and got it delivered on 25th september 2014 and we dint receive the registration no. on time and i had told the dealer as i have to go to Gujarat but it was delayed and received the registration no. 2 days later which was wrong. we received the wrong registration no. As RTO sends a text message of the no. registered I received a different no. and i was in Gujarat i could do nothing to check which is my correct registration no. when i came back from gujarat, the dealer dint even tell me that they have given me wrong registration no. and i called them regarding the message i received from RTO and they called us with the car to check. If i was caught with the wrong no. plate who ll be responsible or if i dint get any message i would be still with the wrong registration no.

They dint even have courtesy to give apology. when they called me to showroom to check the number, i gave my car for service and when i went to pick up my car the number plate was changed. i mean first of all you make me commit crime on roaming in car with a wrong number plate and u dont even inform me there is a mistake and when i go and tell that i have got this message from RTO u call me and check and change the no. plate and no apology. This is a very serious matter according to me and i was out with my family in that car which has a wrong registration no. who was responsible if something had happened to my family.
