I, am a resident Jaipur, India have purchased Honda City from Honda Company Dealer M/s. Sunshine Honda and they have sold me a used car. After few days i faced some problem in the car and also the mileage of the car was only 8 km/l whereas dealer said you’ll get mileage 17-18 km/l upon contacting them for this matter the salesman informed that they’ll check this issue on the first free service. During taking the delivery after first service we got one document from the Dealer which proves that the Dealer earlier sold this car to other person due to the fault the first buyer returned the car to the Dealer and the Dealer refurbished the car and sold to us.
After so many requests / following up this matter with Dealer as well as Honda 121 our complaint not resolved and finally we filed Police FIR against the Dealer and Honda Company.
We seek your help to get our problem resolve.
