Hotel at Lonawala charging above MRP for cool drinks

While traveling from Pune to Mumbai (Today) by ST Bus, Bus was stopped at Hotel Center point in lonawla for break. Not sure if that is ST department’s authorized food mall.I have purchased Cold drink which was having Rs30 printed MRP but shopkeeper charged Rs40 which 25% over MRP. When I asked reason he replied that it is cooling charge. As MRP already included all dealers and shopkeeper’s margin why they still overcharge. This is not just single person issue.they are looting consumers.Need to take strict action
