Working in abroad, I booked the hotel room through the website oyorooms. com on 16th october 2015 in the name of my brotherinlaw. My Booking Id is: SNHZ6490. My mother and sister family went to the Apple residency, Hotel chennai according to the booked checkin ime on 23rd morning at 10.30 am. the hotel people told it is cancelled, My mother called to me and informed the status.

I was shocked about the way of cheating the peopleby OYO rooms. then i contacted the oyo office 12 times through customer care bur they are not responding and 5 times forwarded to concern head then i wait in the phone more than 8 minutes i didnot get connected. I informed the oyo customer care that i was calling from abroad but to resolve the issue was nil. then i sent a mail to them on oct 23, 2016, itself about the obligation of duty not performed by them, inspite of paying them fully.

I got a reply by the customer care on oct 25 about the apologies for cancellation without informing me and in that mail they told they will contact me. but till today no response.

It is the network of close nexus between the oyo rooms and the apple residency, hotel chennai and nobody wants to claim responsibility for this happenings.
