Hotel charging more than MRP for water and cold drinks

Hotel Gaarwa on Pathardi Phata, Nashik charged more than MRP on cold drinks and same will be the case for mineral water. Hotel/restaurant contact number and address can be found on the receipt attached. Mostly all hotels at the highway do that. I am a regular visitor of Nashik, but this time i thought to raise a complaint. Hope it is solved and next time, we have to pay only MRP cost. Thanks, hoping for a prompt action.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
