Today I along with my friend have visited Hotel Exoctica which is located in Road no.12, Banjara hills, Hyderabad. As usual the prices where too high. When we have done with our dinner and asked for the bill. I have noticed they charged me 75rs for Kinley 1ltr bottle. When i checked MRP of the bottle it was 19rs. I asked the concerned person regarding it he was saying as they are providing AC and rich ambience they are charging extra. I have taken the picture of water bottle. I have seen many complaints regarding additional charges on water bottles. They almost charged 300% extra please take a necessary action on this hotels
