I have a display issue in my HP laptop which is having 9 months more warranty. There was a display issue in my laptop which is regularly happening in my laptop. I complained in the HP care and the engineer came and checked my laptop. He told that HP has suggested to change the raw panel, but when he ordered for the display to His higher authorities they told that the raw panel is changed for 4 times so it cant be changed again. But the engineer told there is no physical damage to the raw panel should be changed. But now a mail for HP came that my display problem is not a normal failure and that is my fault that the display was damaged and the display would not be replaced within warranty and I have to pay money. But why should I pay ? The Display of HP is failing again and again and they changed my display twice in the month of August. I want that The Raw panel .i.e the display to change within my warranty
