HSBC poor customer service, unfair late payment charges

I am using HSBC credit card since July 2015. I got the wrong bill generation on the months of Oct. I immediately wrote them back to check the same and mentioned that the disputed amount will not paid till i got the clarification. I will not pay any late fee if any delay occour at your end. I didn’t get any acknowledgement for the same. I paid the undisputed amount on 3 Nov before the last day i.e. 6 Nov. But HSBC did not respond me. Now i get the bill for month of NOV where the y mentioned the financial charges of last bill and current bill. I asked them that why they charged the late fee when i submitted the max amount of my bill before the due date through online. But they said they got the money after 6 Nov. which is not acceptable bcoz i paid all the amount through banking online and send them the evidence as well. The same thing happened this time i paid the amount on 19 Nov 2015 but didn’t get any acknowledgement till now. From 8 Dec 2015 i am continuously following them for the same but they are not responding.

They did not investigate the issue properly and asked me to pay all disputed amount. I asked them to send me the receipt of payment the name and address of the merchant but i did not get the same again. On 8 Dec they stopped responding. I want the resolution and do not want to pay the extra amount.
