I have give my hTC mobile phone in an authorised service center, which is TVS-e in Ameerpet, Hyderabad on 1st of April for a speaker and vibration mal function. The service report says the time of delivery is 15th of April. When I asked for a stand-by mobile during my submission I was told that there does not any policy to provide a stand-by phone.

Later I found out it was an utter lie and got a stand-by phone which is nothing compared to configuration of my phone. When I tried contacting the service center, I could not reach them. After making 250 calls it was connected once to know the fact that the repair is yet to complete and the delivery date is changed to 20th of April.

I have started my visits and numerous calls to hTC toll free just to be told another postponement date. These dates were very dynamic. It was 15th in the first, changed to 20th, then to 25th, then 1st, then 7th, then 9th, then again 11th, now 16th-25 of may.

Each time I contact the company, I am told that the parts required are already dispatched and when I make a call on the delivery they tell me that they are not dispatched and will be dispatched in a week or so. I seriously dont understand if it is lack of information or if they are lying on my face. Anyways, I feel cheated and disappointed. They now started to pacifying me an offer 3-month extended warranty.
I hope a right and speedy decision is taken to help me in my worse situation. Thank you.
