I had purchased my Nexus 6p phone about 2 years back and a few days ago after a software update my phone has stopped working and it does not switch on. The service center executives have not been able to give me any solution as the problem has occurred due to the software update which was not the customer’s fault who is using the phone. The only way out to get the phone working is to get the mother board changed which costs 17000 rupees. This is the only solution given by the service center executive. After purchasing a phone worth 35000 rupees and using it for not even 2 years; now the customer to pay another 17000 rupees to repair the phone whereas the same new phone costs 20000 rupees. The issue has arisen because of the software update and with no fault of the customer, hence I want a replacement of the phone or else i will have no option but to file a case in the court.
