I had purchased a cellKon mobile a month back from M/S. Poorvika mobiles, chenna, kodambakkam. We were also offered a protection plan along with the same. The issue is the phone started to act funny apps started to run automatically and with in one month of purchase, the screen went blank, when visited the cellkon service centre even though I am under warranty, as I am covered under the protection plan only poorvika will handle this process, now I contacted them they picked my mobile after two days they informed me it would cost me 4800 rs to repair a one month old mobile which was under warranty as well under protection plan, the reason citied was oil logged in, I really don’t understand where did oil come from, even for the sake of argument. Oil was logged in, I still have the protection plan that could take care of this issue. NOW poorvika comes with a different view stating that it should have happened accidentally with a proof in place, I fail to understand this argument why should some body with sense drop his phone in oil and further substantiate with a proof I would need cellkon and poorvika both be accountable for this and both to be penalised.
