We purchased i bal tablet on 24/8/15 from reliance digital, mogappair, chennai.

1. Frequent servicing from the date of purchase. More than 3 times sent to service centre both in chennai and head office in india.
2.From the date of purchasing blue tooth was not working.
3. Storage space shortage problem
4. Did not getting charge inspite of charging for hours
5. Did not switch on after charging for more than 12 hours
6. Even after changing the mother board by the service centre, it failed to perform
