I have a saving bank account in ICICI bank in bangalore. in September 2014 they freezed my saving account without giving me a notice or without informing me. when ii visited to the branch they said that the one who has deposited cash into my account has made a complaint against me on that deposit that is why we had to place debit freezed on your account. and now we are closing your account and after that you can collect your remaining balance of your account, at that time they gave me a official letter that we are going to close your bank account with us and we will pay you your remaining balance. but again when i visited to the branch to collect my balance they said me that we can not close your account or we can not remove debit freezed frpm your account so now we are not going to pay you that balance.

that balance is my money. who has made a complaint on that is a false complaint to block this money. please help me.
