ICICI charges GAP interest on ongoing loan

I have taken loan from ICICI 23,JUNE’2016. I have contact with ICICI bank loan manager on 07/09/2017 for internal transfer loan in and meet with loan manager submit document on 08/09/2017, as per installment statement 10/09/2017 my principle amount is Rs-816659.4/-. As on pre scheduled EMI of this loan deducted on 11/09/2017, Rs. 22748/- . But loan manager processed new loan amount of Rs-816659.4/- with GAP interest of Rs.-8251/-, mention GAP interest 11 August to 8 Sep’17. Hence pre scheduled EMI of LPMNG00034502558 on 11 sep’17, so interest on Rs-816659.4/- has been deducted twise, one as GAP interest and one with EMI.
