I am SB ac holder with ICICI Vile Parle East Branch. Ac No 0xxxxxxxxxxxx2. In October 2017, I received courier from ICICI Bank sending me credit card. I was surprised as I had never requested any credit card from the Bank. I refused the card to accept and returned the card to the courier. Now since 15 days, I am receiving emails of Credit card bill of Rs 116 and it has increased to Rs 234 since 1 Nov. I had refused to accept the bill sent through courier few days after refusal of card. I tried to lodge complaint to the branch, tele calling. But there is no system of registering complaint for credit card without credit card number. ICICI Bank legendary high handedness of handling customer complaints has resulted in blocking all attempts to register complaint. Their employees are simply suggesting me to pay Rs 234 and close the matt
