I created an ICICI pockets account. i downloaded the app to recharge my mobile no’s but since the last month i am trying again and again to recharge my no, but every time it says the same thing that the no is Incorrect. i have tried 4 different operators but it says the same for every no. i have also contacted with the customer support through regular mails and calls but every time they say me the same thing that my issue is resolved or they will resolve my issue by saturday. i am facing this issue from the last month still my issue have not been resolved till now. i have all the e mails which i have exchanged with them till now. Even i have send them the detailed step wise screen shots of the app still no solution from their side. i have sent them the mail on the following dates 31/10/2015, 8/11/2015, 14/11/2015,16/11/2015, 21/11/2015 and they sent me my request no SR390558697. After all this i am feeling cheated and being played by ICICI pockets.

kindly look in to this matter and help me to sort it out asap.
