I was activeted 3G plan ( Rent- 650 Rs per month) on 15th-Sep-14 ( refer pdf – 1 in attache zip file) by taking information regarding this pack on IDEA IVR ( 121) self service.
I received bill on 21st – Sep- 14 , where in I found that, Idea has charged me 650 Rs for 3G plan on Non- Pro-rata basis.
Now, When I call to Costomer care (12345) , Customer care executive inform me that ” as per our( idea cellular) procedure, we (Idea) inform all the applicable charges to customer before activation of any 3G data pack including applicable charges for 1st month “.
Howevre, in my case, I use the idea ivr (121) self service to get information on 650 Rs 3G data pack . where in , Idea does not provide any information regarding first month applicable charges. Where as same ivr system provide the first month applicable charges for 950 Rs 3G data pack.
In view of above, I complained to idea through email twised ( refer PDF- 3 & 4 ) on 22/9/14 & 23/9/14 respectively.
I also complained to idea costomer care on 12345.
However, idea replied me that, thay have charged me on 4 Ps/ 10 kb. where as my complain was for 650 Rs 3G data pack.
In view of above, as information to be passed on to customer by idea is not clear, I request idea to revise the my idea bill with reiised charges on Pro -rata basis for 650 Rs 3G data pack
