On 31st morning, I received messages on my registered mobile phone (8130094285) saying that three transactions – Rs.20,000, Rs. 10,000 & Rs. 10,000 respectively have been carried out at Amazon Seller Services using my Credit Card.

Being the owner of the card, I declare that these transactions were not at all made by me and it is definitely a fraud & illegal one. Immediately I had called my bank as well as Amazon to support me in this case so that my money is not mis-used for such a fraud.

Concerned people at Amazon with whom I interacted over voice or email to immediately cancel these illegal orders:

Still after all this, I dont have any confirmation for my money reversal and any update of the cancellation of the order from either end. I have also filed a complaint with the Cyber Crime team and the scanned copy of the same is attached herewith.

I have also shared the Dispute form with Kotak Bank to initiate reversal. Amazon still has not blocked these transactions which is no explainable.

Request you to kindly support on priority to stop this fraud and refund me back my money.
