I am narrating the entire story which i have suffered after buying a Motorola smartphone over here. I purchased one Moto 2nd Gen mobile in the month of february 2015 through flipkart. After three months it’s touch became unresponsive, So i went to a motorola service centre named as Technocare solution pvt. ltd. located in E-26, basement,central market,opp. ramya palace,lajpat nagar-2, New Delhi-24. But they refused to take my mobile saying that they only take the mobile under pick and drop facility ( it’s a facility through which a service centre guy will come to your doorstep and collect the faulty motorola mobile with 199/- Rs of service charge and will give you the promise that you will get your mobile repaired and returned back within 10 working days). After coming to know about this facility i called on 011-41717124 (contact person: Rxxxt Sxxxxxh who is MASC owner) and one person came from Technocare Solution pvt. ltd. ( same one which i have mentioned above) to my house and take the mobile on 18th sep 2015. I waited for almost 15 days and didn’t get any response from the same service centre.
I called more than 50 times to the same service centre (011-41717125) and getting excuses every time like they are not able to check the current status of the mobile. They are making me fool as i felt by the way of getting responses from them. So, i have spent another 200/- Rs in making calls to those frouds and mental harassment with 199/- Rs of pick and drop facility service.
Later i though, i should call to motorola customer care in this matter and i did. They initially generated an incident as 151009-026656 and later they closed it without resolving the issue.
I called today to motorola customer care and got to know that my mobile device is ready and in running condition. But when i called to same service centre where i have submitted the mobile , they told me the device is dead due to unavailability of parts. Again i called the Motorola customer care and get to know that the jobsheet no. provided by the same service centre is fake. When i had submitted the mobile the jobsheet no. was different but later the jobsheet no. changed itself to LPT/MG/15/06915. This jobsheet belongs to some other person’s mobile device. In short the service centre is making fraud with me and Customer care guys seems helpless in this matter. So, i request you to take appropriate action against the service centre and get my mobile back. I would be very grateful to your kind help and support.
