Improper supply from Homeshop18 – not refunding the amount

I have purchased a set of 4 semi stitched Salwar suit from Home shop 18 on 13-04-2018.The payment for Rs. 1330 was made in cash. On opening of the packet it was found that there is only one Salwar suit set instead of 4 as such I made a call and registered my complaint. Home shop 18 executive told me to get the packet packed and hand it over to the courier and they will arrange for a replacement. The product was taken back by the courier and another packet was delivered again on 23-04-2018 which contained 4 Salwar suit sets but were completely different from the item that was ordered. Once again I lodged a complaint and reverse pick was done on 29-04-2018 with an assurance to refund the amount of Rs. 1300 to my savings bank account. Till date they have not refunded and they have been always giving lame excuses. I have become fed up of their replies.
