Incorrect billing dates for voice and date plans of Vodafone

It has been 3 months since I have been following up the Vodafone Customer Service Team to get a very basic issue resolved. I am the owner of a Vodafone Mobile Number 9xxxxxxxxxx4 which has a Voice Plan & a 3G 2GB Data Plan activated on it. Unfortunately, the bill generation date for both the services are different! This is absolutely incorrect! The Voice Plan bill gets generated on 25th of every month whereas the Data Plan gets reset on the 7th of every month. Ideally the bill date for both the service should be the same! I have called Vodafone 14 times since December 2015 & they have not yet resolved my issue. This is totally frustrating that event after posting the issue on Facebook & Twitter they do not care to fix issues. I also have a Complaint Number #161590350 which I have been following up on. They closed the Complaint Number without even solving my problem. The funny thing is, I wrote twice to the Appellate Department & they too did not bother to reply back or call me. Please help!
