Incorrect deceitful rescheduling of our ticket by Air Asia

When we reached the airport on 19th June 2015 and proceeded for check in we were told that we are not booked for the flight and we have rescheduled it. while we never did that. So we were denied boarding through this air craft hence we took a last minute flight through other airlines because our itinerary was planned and could not change it.

We wrote this complaint on the facebook page and hence got a call from their customer care centre. They made us hear the recordings of flight rescheduling but the voice was not of any of us. Moreover they rescheduled the flight without any payment confirmation from our end. No airlines does this.

We could not get a solution so we wrote to Air Asia global CEO but got the same response.

Request you to help in this case as huge amount was wasted due to this deceit.
