I would like to let you know that I do complaint about my connection to Dish TV customer care. I have two connection of Dish TV. I bought both connections with life time warranty of set top box as they mentioned on website but on 15/07/2018 when my set top box was not working and I completed about this issue then I got to know from Dish TV Technician who visited at our home that my child connection set top box had one year warranty which is gone and I have to pay Rs. 613 to replace the set top box with 3 months warranty. He also confirm that set top box is already repaired and its life is not more than 4-5 or 6 months. It means I have to pay Rs. 600 or 700 after 4-5 months again to replace the set top box. Failed to understand what is the point to replace the set top box when it has very less life. VC No. 01527343555 (Parent ) & 01527473101 (Child)
