I had ordered for a v gaurd 130v – 300 v ac inverter and Amazin.co.in had sent a 150v to 290v one. Thus the purpose was defeated.
Now the return period was of 10 days which actually expires on 13th July given the fact the incorrect supply was made to me on 3rd July as per Amazon.co.in policy.
But the fact is return of the product should be based on faulty material but for cases where I have asked and paid for X and you send me Y should be taken care without these timeliness and in this case another additional 15 days have passed.
Kindly look into as these e- commerce people are cheating us. Had this been a physical buy from a physical shop then this issue would have never cropped up. Amazon is taking money and just sending garbage as an when they feel.
